Clinics and practices can use evooia for internal photo documentation or, depending on workflow, also for remote capture by patients.

Patients can start in three ways: by scanning a QR code in the clinic, via an email invitation, or through a printed QR code displayed in the practice (e.g., in the waiting area).

Photo documentation – Clinic web and mobile app, without patient app: Internal, standardized photo documentation with guaranteed comparability. Ideal for multi-site quality assurance, consultations, and clean progress documentation.

With patient app – When growth and referrals are also a priority: Patients can additionally capture photos (e.g. healing progress) that flow into the standardized timeline. Selected results can be shared with friends and family in one tap – enabling digital word-of-mouth referrals.

Yes. Photo capture is done via the evooia iOS app from the App Store. Practice teams can also use evooia on mobile if needed. The web dashboard for practice teams runs in the browser and requires no installation.

By default, photos are stored encrypted in a private cloud and—if sharing is enabled—are shown in the web dashboard of the associated clinic/practice, e.g., for documentation and communication. Patients remain in full control at all times and decide which images are uploaded and/or shared. Hosting is in Switzerland (Microsoft data centers), with encryption and access controls.
