Guided follow-up capture
AlignedCapture™Guides each follow-up capture against the baseline reference
AlignedCapture™ is evooia's technology for repeating a baseline photo at follow-up. During capture it checks the ambient light and guides distance, angle and framing against the baseline reference, then aligns the saved follow-up to it automatically. SERALIQ™ defines the standard; AlignedCapture™ guides its application, so the follow-up is taken under the same conditions as the before.
How a follow-up is guided
What AlignedCapture™ does while the photo is taken and once it is saved.
- Light
- The app checks the ambient light and holds the shutter while it is too poor.
- Distance
- Live cues bring the camera to the baseline distance.
- Angle
- Live cues match the head or body angle to the baseline.
- Framing
- The live view shows where the baseline sat in the frame.
- Capture
- In guided capture, the photo is taken automatically once the conditions hold.
- Alignment
- The saved follow-up is aligned to the baseline automatically.
Scope
AlignedCapture™ guides the person holding the iPhone or iPad with live cues and aligns the saved pair. Guided capture follows the clinic's capture configuration; in free capture (beta), the previous photo appears as an overlay to line up by eye.
